The morning fog lifts. The sun shines into your bedroom window. It’s your first morning, and you realize that you're living the dream on a 300-acre horse ranch with its own private winery. Breakfast is being served overlooking this pristine, private valley and the fresh vegetable and herb garden will supply you with its bounty. Have a cup of tea or coffee and a delicious breakfast. Take a stroll around the vineyard. Visit the stables. Look out over this hidden valley and know it’s not Napa Valley to which you've awakened, but a smaller, sublime and more intimate valley close by. You come to your full senses as your car and driver arrive to whisk you away to your first winery of the day.

The drive takes you above the valley floor. You are escorted to a winery owners’ private estate. Greeting you are ponds and views reminiscent of Italy. You are invited to take a short stroll on the estate. The walk ends with a tasting of some of the best Zinfandel you will ever experience. The most intriguing and fun part of this tour is to witness for your self the lifestyle of a winery owner. And dream it could be you....

Next, we are off to another spectacular winery 1800 ft above the Napa Valley floor. The chef, and wife of the winemaker, greet you. The views are amazing. The sun is shining. This is Undiscovered Napa Valley.

Lunch is served and great conversation ensues. The winemaker arrives at dessert and joins you with talk of the vineyard and their goals in making fine wines. You are then led into the caves for the tasting of his private reserve… “the best.” You can't help but want to take some of his vintage home to remind you of this wonderful day.

The magic begins again as you are transported down to the valley floor, this time to visit an Italian Villa – all with original Viennese glass and marble. The owner is our guide. This winery is known for educating guests on the wine making process - how the subtle taste and fragrance of fine wines can be affected by the type of wood used in making the barrel. The chandeliers, the marble, the tiles and, of course, the wines truly are amazing!

The day has gone by so fast that we don't even realize that it's time to head back to the ranch to sit by the pool, enjoy the hot tub a gourmet dinner and relaxing evening.

Your private chef has arrived and has chosen fresh vegetables out of the garden, making a sumptuous meal from your personally designed menu as you finish off the day with a gourmet feast, fine wines and some great stories. The ranch owner has his own winery and before you know it you are again pairing his wines with great food. The evening passes by and.....

You slide into a relaxing, wonderful night’s rest...relaxed, satiated, happy and content… ready for another Undiscovered Napa Valley day tomorrow.
